Unmatched Network Visibility: Ennetix’s Patent Powers Observability
December 30, 2024Ennetix Co-Founder and President, Dr. Biswanath (Bis) Mukherjee, took the stage at the Cloud Security Alliance Bangalore Chapter’s Annual Summit 2024 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Whitefield, Bangalore, India, on December 12, 2024. As a featured speaker, he delivered an exclusive Tech Talk on “AIOps: The Future of Enterprise Security Management is Here” at the Summit.
At the CSA Tech Talk, Bis took us on an eye-opening journey into the world of AIOps, unveiling its transformative potential for enterprise security management. With the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning, AIOps is revolutionizing how organizations detect, respond to, and mitigate security threats. Bis explored how this innovative approach is enhancing operational efficiency, enabling faster threat identification, and driving more proactive security strategies—ushering in a new era of resilience for enterprises worldwide.
The Cloud Security Summit 2024 convened over 800 professionals in a dynamic, knowledge-rich event. It brought together cybersecurity’s best and brightest minds. Bis’ Tech Talk was part of the CXO Track, where visionary insights, practical strategies, and community connections were the highlights.
This one-day event covered a wide range of important topics for addressing today’s cybersecurity landscape, such as: Latest Trends in Cloud and AI; Future of Cloud Security Defense; Ransomware and Zero Day Attacks; Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting; etc. The event provided a platform for attendees to engage with industry peers and thought leaders and deliver transformative learning experiences. The insights shared by industry leaders brought immense value to the summit and its attendees.
Bis’ Tech Talk at the Summit asked the following questions and addressed related issues:
“Do you know what’s going on in your IT infrastructure? Do you really know what’s going on… not only in your IT infrastructure… but also in your computer? … and other computing elements (servers and so on)? Chances are you don’t… unless you have “Holistic or Unified Observability” (i.e., full ‘stack’ visibility) of your IT assets, which can provide you with unprecedented “Situational Awareness”. For this, you need (1) Network-Traffic-Based Observability as well as (2) Endpoint Observability: for Comprehensive Zero-Trust Security.”
Bis elaborated on the above concepts and demonstrated the use of AIOps techniques not only for Information Technology (IT) but also for Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure… so that an enterprise’s IT/OT Infrastructure Security and Threat Analytics can be managed on a single pane of glass.
